Fashion Group International serves as a high profile, industry forum for professionals working in fashion, beauty, design and related lifestyle industries.  Established in 1928 by note-worthy individuals such as Eleanor Roosevelt, FGI is a global, non-profit organization of over 5,000 executives in the fashion industry, including apparel, accessories, beauty and home in 30 chapters around the world.

FGI LA offers insight on major trends, and industry news, and our mission is to be the pre-eminent authority on the business of fashion, beauty, and design.  FGI LA has emerged as a leader within the FGI global community, and helps our members become more effective in their professional lives.

FGI LA, established in 1936, is California’s first chapter.  FGI LA has emerged as a leader within the FGI global community, having won many awards including best special events merit award from NYC headquarters in 2011.
